SW18 is a large postcode encompassing Wandsworth Town, Earlsfield and Southfields. Wandsworth Town is at the North of the postcode, near Wandsworth Bridge which links up with Fulham on the other side of the river. To the east of Wandsworth is Wandsworth Common which is a beautiful expanse of space that is extremely popular in the summer for picnics, family days out and sports.
